09ber Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

By accessing, registering on, or using the 09ber platform in any capacity, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 09ber (the "Platform" or "Operator"). If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the 09ber platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, video slots, crash games, and all associated promotional offers. Where a specific product or promotion carries its own supplementary terms, those supplementary terms apply in addition to (and do not replace) these general Terms & Conditions.

Participation on the 09ber platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. • Employees of 09ber and their immediate family members are not eligible to register or participate as Players

09ber reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the stipulated period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending the outcome of the verification process.

To access the full range of 09ber services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, create a secure password, and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. 09ber accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

Account Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify 09ber support immediately
• You must promptly update any personal information that changes after registration, including your contact mobile number, to ensure your account records remain accurate
• 09ber reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to contain false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information

KYC Verification

• 09ber may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during the account lifecycle
• Accepted KYC documents include government-issued national ID, passport, or driving licence, and recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement
• Accounts that fail to complete required KYC checks within the stipulated timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed

All financial transactions on the 09ber platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 09ber does not conduct currency exchange and accepts no responsibility for losses arising from external currency conversion. The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

Deposits

• Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be made available at 09ber's discretion
• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the deposit section of your account dashboard. 09ber reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice
• All deposited funds must be used for gambling activity. Depositing and immediately withdrawing without meaningful play constitutes misuse of the platform and may result in account closure
• 09ber does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The name on the deposit method must match the registered account holder's name

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. 09ber reserves the right to request an alternative method where the original method cannot be used
• Pending KYC verification may delay withdrawal processing. Players are advised to complete KYC before placing their first withdrawal request to avoid delays
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus terms specify the applicable rollover conditions and minimum odds restrictions
• 09ber processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operational conditions allow. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, volume of requests, and KYC status of the account

09ber offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant bonus or promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered on the platform:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the bonus-specific terms
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and not the real-money balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from bonus play after meeting rollover conditions are eligible for withdrawal

09ber reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or void associated winnings where it is determined that a bonus was claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms. The Operator's decision in such matters is final.

All bets placed on the 09ber sportsbook and all rounds played in casino games are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules governing individual games or sports markets:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing all bet details, including stake amount, market selection, and odds, before confirming a bet
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or settlement, 09ber reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate winnings accordingly. Bets settled at manifestly incorrect odds may be voided
• All casino games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) or live-dealer technology provided by licensed game studios. 09ber does not control the outcome of individual game rounds
• Bets placed on sporting events that are subsequently postponed, abandoned, or cancelled will be handled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published in the 09ber sportsbook. Void bets are typically refunded to the Player's real-money balance
• Technical failures during a game or sportsbook bet that prevent a round or bet from completing will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's failure policy. Where no policy exists, 09ber's resolution is final

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 09ber platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following will have their account immediately suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and may be permanently excluded from the platform with no right of return:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts or colluding with other Players to obtain an unfair advantage on bonuses, promotions, or betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for financial gain. All such gains will be reclaimed and the account permanently closed
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 09ber, including impersonating another person
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to manual Players

09ber uses automated monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is detected, 09ber reserves the right to report the matter to relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.

All content on the 09ber platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of 09ber or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the platform is the exclusive property of 09ber.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 09ber platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of platform content without 09ber's prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 09ber's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve months preceding the claim. 09ber shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, even if 09ber was advised of the possibility of such losses
• Interruptions to the platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond 09ber's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to safeguard their account credentials or from unauthorised access to an account where the Player has not followed 09ber's security recommendations

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 09ber's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

09ber collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the full Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the footer of the 09ber platform.

09ber reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, 09ber will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the contact details held on account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not accept the amended Terms must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure. Outstanding real-money balances at the time of account closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to KYC compliance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from use of the 09ber platform should be raised in the first instance with the 09ber support team. 09ber will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally before any formal process is initiated. Players are responsible for ensuring their use of 09ber is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
